Lisa relocated to Sarasota in 2002, where she began to specialize in the luxury waterfront market.  Along with her husband Bob and father Howard Rooks, new real estate investment and development companies were formed; LHR Ventures and R&M General Partnership in 2002.  They also founded Rooks Morris Real Estate, with a focus on the luxury waterfront market and a specialization in modern homes.

Successfully listing, marketing and selling some of Sarasota’s finest properties, Lisa’s extensive use of marketing partners continuously sets her listings apart from the rest.  She has represented numerous buyers in the purchase of some of the area's most beautiful and unique homes.  Her keen knowledge of the market and negotiating skills continue to elevate her to the top as a superior buyer’s agent.

Lisa is a native of Alexandria, Va.  She received a B.A. from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters of Social Work from Loyola University in Chicago.  Lisa currently lives on Lido Key with her husband, two children and Labrador Retriever.
